I am British. A Londoner to be exact and have always loved the richness and vibrant energy that this specific City offers. The diverse multicultural society makes it such a special and one-of-a-kind place to be part of and will always be in my heart. I moved to Utah in 2017. For many years I have wanted to live in America. I fell in love with the Native American Way of Life when I was just 18 years old and the people who participated in the Ceremonies.  I made it a priority to visit as much as possible and this is where I met my Wife. I feel exceptionally privileged to have been welcomed in, and I can honestly say that I am still on this planet because of these Ways.

As a Spiritual Entrepreneur, with a background in Psychology (two degrees), I am passionate about bridging the gap between the mind and body. They are part of a whole system, and if we leave one part out, we don’t see the bigger picture. We walk around incomplete. Our bodies talk to us and it’s not something we get taught when growing up.

Due to trauma and past experiences in my life, I learnt to live in my head as it was safe up there. I am an empath and I felt everything from everyone. It was way too overwhelming for me as a child, so at age 10, I asked Spirit to take everything away. And they did. I then allowed myself to go numb, to shy away from the World and to keep myself small, unseen, unheard and hidden. When I turned 16, Spirit began to give me back what I had previously asked them to take away, and it has been a journey to learn how to use my gifts for myself and for others.

Spirit did this in two ways. Not only was I introduced to the Native American Way at this time, I also became part of a Spiritual Circle. Every Friday I would go learn how to use my gifts. I meditated deeply and started to bring my disassociated parts of me home. I travelled to different realms, re-visited past lives, embodied myself, channelled Spirit and learnt how to work with a person’s energy intricately.

I used to not widely share this part of who I am, because of how widely my beliefs and abilities are not accepted by others. I would shy away and not express myself. Now, I realise, it is so important to bring myself in wholeheartedly. Bringing myself in, allows me to fully accept myself and it also helps others to see that my connection to Spirit and to myself is a natural way of being and therefore, for them also.

We get taught to live outside of our energy. We are conditioned to believe that unless we see something in a physical manner, it does not exist. We are accepted if we keep ourselves in the boxes we grew up in and if we please those around us.

Well, I am here to tell you that this is all illusion. The truth is that we are our energy. Intuition is what we get to live by which is totally unseen. Boxes limit all areas of our life and we are not here on this planet at this time to please others. We are here in our totally unique energy to live the life we were born to live.

Since healing my trauma related to sexual abuse, I am here to help people who have been through or are going through sexual abuse. Sexual abuse and how this impacts you as a person does not get talked about enough and I am here to change this.

In the space of 4 months, I had to speak out in order to live an authentic life. My ex-husband and I divorced (mutual), I outed sexual abuse that I had been through, I moved countries, and married a woman. This literally breaks all societal and cultural boxes I was placed in and many people’s expectations of me. It was an exceptionally scary time for me, and yet at the same time, the most freeing I have ever felt. Now I am being seen, I am being heard, I am having an impact and I am helping to make a difference in people’s lives.
